Nugent is right that Islam is a political ideology, not just a religious one, and as such as an archenemy of our Constitution and freedoms. Despite Islam-appeasing presidents like Obama, Islam has been at war with the world long before the U.S. was founded, and thrives on proud nations underestimating it while it ceaseless works to absorb it like the Borgs in Star Trek. Islam is the only power threatening Israel's existence today, and Muslims know that without U.S. backing they could finally exterminate it and the rest of the world wouldn't stop it. Why do they hate Israel? Because Islam demands any land that once submitted to Sharia to submit forever. America has never submitted to Sharia, and Allah commands that it do so, sorry if that doesn't go with the rosy multicultural fairy tale. When will the U.S. wake up and stop Muslim immigration, then work to contract the Muslim world and force Muslim govts. to dethrone Islam as their official religion and open up to other religions, for starters? When will women's groups wake up and begin protesting Islam's suppression of women and try to reach the latter not only in Muslim countries but in America, perhaps by creating an Underground Railroad to spirit them away along with their children to break the indoctrination cycle? Only when Islam as an Ummah or worldwide political power base is destroyed should we consider Muslim immigration again, else America needs to be preserved as the last bastion of freedom for the non-Muslim world, including the Jews.
