Sorry, but fantasizing about Turkey becoming a superpower ignores their little problem with resurgent Islam, which is threatening to turn it into the next big enemy of Israel, resulting no doubt in a war, which Israel will win, reducing Turkey to an international pariah. As it it's not on the verge of becoming a pariah already, since it's allying with pariahs Hamas, Syria and Iran, so for it to become a superpower it would not only have to exterminate Israel but take over Europe with a new caliphate armed with nukes. Not that it doesn't threaten that, since it's already got a huge potential fifth column in place in Europe, which blithely allowed mass Muslim immigration not foreseeing consequences like this.

No, it's not about Turkey, it's about poor outnumbered surrounded Israel and what its Islamic enemies will do to exterminate it despite messing up the world.
