From day one, Islam has been all about supremacy, declaring itself the final word of an omnipotent God through a final prophet who declared that believing that God had a son was a blasphemy and that all must submit to his new religion, which was really the old lost religion restored through him. The new religion was spread from day one by fear, force and violence, and came with a total Deen or way of life that subsumed the state and made Muslims superior to non-Muslims and men to women, trampling over any other ideology in their way. Hence, the burqa is a symbol of this superiority, and to let it into a Western country is like pulling the nose of the Trojan Horse into the gates - the rest of the horse will follow, and the city is doomed.
