BOYCOTT FACEBOOK - why

Facebook is an outfit that is unworthy of continued existence. It recently deleted my account for criticism of Islam sans warning or explanation. Who do they think they are? Do they think they own the Internet? Deleting an account destroys the social network built up, along with all posts, links etc. Do they they think they are immune from civil and criminal action? They have no policy of warnings, systematic restriction of access etc., but go for summary termination of accounts regardless of consequences. If somebody's account "offends" somebody else, what gives them the right to think they can have it shut down? Answer: Facebook does, by doing it.  If I were running it I'd shut down the complainers for harassment after giving them 3 warnings, and alert the victim and offer their email if they want to take legal action, so they have it backwards. Sans a court order to shut down an account, the most Facebook should be able to do no matter how many complaints is make their account less public, while still being accessible by their friends and fans to preserve their social networking capability. Instead they have become a self-appointed thought police, and are an enemy to us all.  Their riding on the back of the Internet system and then usurping such police powers is detestable and unforgivable, and I am calling for a BOYCOTT OF FACEBOOK. Anybody still dumb enough to use it should realize their modus operandi and never post any kind of note that isn't backed up elsewhere for their own security.
