An Islamic jihadist mass murderer or would-be mass murderer of American infidels usually leaves plenty of evidence to convict him without his statements being used in court, indeed, they usually brag about it since they were supposed to die for Allah anyway, and want their fellow jihadists to feel the smell of victory. Therefore Mirandizing them is pointless. Instead, his/her organization needs to be located as soon as possible to prevent more attacks. Not that they will talk even without being Mirandized, but that step serves no purpose, and shouldn't even be on the table with a smart administration. Is it all Eric Holder or is Pres. Obama behind it? Why is supposedly smart Obama so eager to appease Islam? Didn't Neville Chamberlain's case teach him anything? Is it that he's a closet Muslim leaving his personal options open with Allah, or just eager to please his Muslim relatives?
